TAIPEI, Taiwan, August 8, 2024 –Sporton International Inc. (“Sporton”, Taipei Stock Exchange: 6146 TT), announced FY2024 2Q financial results and monthly revenue for July 2024. Sporton reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.151 billion for the 2Q of 2024, with a consolidated gross margin of 50%. The consolidated pre-tax income was NT$450 million, with net income attributable to the parent amounting to NT$340 million, and the earnings per share (EPS) was NT$3.34. The cumulative consolidated revenue for the first two quarters of 2024 reached NT$2.295 billion, with a cumulative consolidated gross margin of 49%. The consolidated pre-tax income was NT$875 million, and the net income attributable to the parent company was NT$678 million, leading to an EPS of NT$6.66.

The consolidated revenue for July 2024 was NT$374 million, representing a decrease of 5.29% compared to the same period last year. The cumulative consolidated revenue from January to July 2024 amounts to $2.669 billion(-7.21%YoY).

Looking ahead to the second half of this year, Sporton stated that, in response to price competition in the China market, the Company will focus on high-end models, high gross-margin projects, and large orders to strengthen services for major clients. Sporton will continue to expand its market share in 3GPP R1/NTN LEO satellite, Wi-Fi 7, and Wi-Fi 6SD FCC PIA testing technology advantages, maintaining its competitive edge in the high-end communication and network communication sectors.
